Story
The short version: I like taking complicated systems, understanding them properly, and making them feel simple. I've done that as an engineer at SAP, as a founder at INTEGRTR, and in most things I build on the side.

SAP High Potential fellowship in Germany. IoT prototypes, D-Shop workshops, first taste of teaching.
Left SAP in the first week of January. Started INTEGRTR, co-founded fintech CashPositive the same year.
INTEGRTR GmbH opens in Germany. The team starts growing across two continents.

Campus hiring by hackathon
Our campus drives end in an eight-hour hackathon instead of an interview. Students solve real problems, work alongside the team, and decide for themselves whether they want to be here. We get to see curiosity and ownership, which no resume carries. Many of the INTEGRTRs doing the evaluating were on the other side of the table not long ago. The habit started at CashPositive in 2017, as innovation weekends, long before it was a way to hire.
4,400+ applicants across two campuses last season. Six new INTEGRTRs.
